The Men’s 6s reached double figures (and then some!) in their home encounter with Broxbourne as they slotted 12 past their rivals.  This puts them top of the Division 8SW table with a goal difference of 20 after just 3 games.

The Ladies’ 3s won 4-2 against Rickmansworth and the Ladies’ 4s beat Stevenage 5-0, but there were no further victories across the adult teams this Saturday.

The Ladies’ 2s had a goalless game against Bishop’s Stortford and the Men’s 4s battled to a 2-2 draw with a side from the same Essex club.

The Men’s 1s played division leaders Spalding at home and narrowly lost 3-4, but the Men’s 2s suffered a bad defeat 0-7 to East London.  The Men’s 3s lost a 12-goal game against Cheshunt 5-7 and the Men’s 5s lost out to Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead 2-3.

Our Ladies’ first XI hosted Bishop’s Stortford and lost 2-4 to round off a mixed Saturday for the club, but most teams sit mid-table at this very early stage in the season with the Men’s 5s actually above the Men’s 4s in Division 5SW at the moment!
