Harry Sampson on the ball

On a Saturday that saw Blueharts enjoy seven wins the best of the bunch has to be the 11-1 victory of the Men’s 3s away to Winchmore Hill and Enfield to put them 4th in Div 4SW.  The Men’s 6s posted another convincing win with a 8-0 result against Rickmansworth at home to remain top of Div 8SW.  The Men’s 4s and the Men’s 5s both won 3-0 against their respective Div 5SW opposition: Stevenage and Harpenden.  The 4th team now sits second in the table.

The Men’s 1s secured another three points at home to Havering with a 3-1 win; raising them up to 4th in Premier B.  The Men’s 2s drew 1-1 away to City of Peterborough to keep the Men’s Section undefeated across all teams on the day.

In the Ladies’ Section, the first XI met West Herts at home and won three points with a 3-2 win.  This places them 4th in Div 2SW.  The Ladies’ 2s lost 0-1 away to Saffron Walden and the Ladies’ 3s were rather soundly beaten 0-6 by Tring at home.  The Ladies’ 4s visited Hertford and came home 5-3 winners.
