A reduced calendar of fixtures this week, as the 5 Counties Women’s League leaves half term free of games.  There were some good points won, but no victories for Blueharts.

The Men’s 1s drew 1-1 with mid-table Bourne Deeping to keep their hopes of staying in Premier B division alive.  They are now four off the bottom, but only by goal difference with 4 sides very close indeed.  It will be a tight end of the season.

The Men’s 2s are also four off the bottom, but have a 4-point cushion over the next lower side, despite a defeat to Bishop’s Stortford.

The Men’s 3s are deep in the relegation zone 11 points adrift with 5 games to go.

A defeat for the Men’s 4s leaves them two off the bottom and 4 points behind the next higher side.

The Men’s 5s suffered a defeat to league leaders Southgate, but are in 5th position and are most likely to stay in Division 6SW next year.

The Men’s 6s were pleased to win a point against Luton, who are fighting to top the league.  However, sitting one off the bottom with 5 games remaining means they will need some good results to avoid relegation.

The Men’s 7s also drew their game and could get promoted into Division 8SW next season.

The only ladies game was the first XI, who played a goalless game against Crostyx.  They lie in 6th place and look comfortable to be playing in Division 1S again next year.
